I managed to book one of the very last rooms late on Friday afternoon,.when I finally arrived to check-in at almost 9pm there were still people arriving without booking and being advised that the hotel was booked out tonight & already for tomorrow night- so I was unfortunately only able to stay the one night definitely would have stayed longer if I could have! Was told at check-in The spa in my room was out order but the lovely receptionist told me she would allow me access to the outdoor jacuzzi (that had already closed) for the next hour during the remainder of her shift due to my room spa being broken.. I took her up on the offer and enjoyed a lovely 30min spa. Thankyou to the receptionist who's name I can't recall - you werr certainly a highlight of our stay!! Rooms fabulous

Excellent location the tram is directly outside so close to the beach and pac fair shopping centre. Casino and other shops very close . Beach is close. Beautiful clean large size rooms and good little kitchen. The staff were Betty helpful and lovely! The ocean view was amazing !! I love the personal spa in the room and how quiet the actual room was. The balcony was so nice to sit and watch the sunset

We had a lovely stay for my partners birthday. The view from our room was beautiful. I want to compliment your receptionist Rachel. She checked us in and was so professional and friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. Her service was ex exceptional and I would like her to be recognised for this. You have a great employee to represent your hotel. Thankyou Anuschka Hof

the staff are amazing especially the lady at the front counter.!! Accommodating for all our needs she’s such a beautiful soul!! I have recently lost a baby and needed a heat pack heated up and there was no microwave in the room and she offered to heat it up for me. Give her a raise! You don’t find many selfless people like that anymore!!! Rooms are absolutely fantastic

It was very quiet with very little noise from other rooms or outside (when balcony doors closed). Foxtell on TV was good also. Staff members doing check in and check out were lovely especially the one for check in.
